History:
Still in its early years
as the softball governing body of Croatia,
the Croatian Softball Association has established
six teams so far – all of which are
women’s fast pitch teams. While there
is only one senior level in the league,
most players are aged between 15 and 22.
These teams participate in national championships
and national cup tournaments.
The association has
been a member of the International Softball
Federation since 1992 and the European Softball
Federation since 1996. A year after joining
the European Federation, the Croatian National
Team joined its first ever competition under
the federation, the European Women's Softball
Championship, held in Prague, Czech Republic.
