Overview:
The United States Volleyball Association (USVBA) is the governing body for volleyball in the US. Recognized by both FIVB and the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), USVBA envisions itself as being the world leader in volleyball. To realize this vision, USVBA sets the following goals: to win
gold medals in every international competition; to achieve full participation in volleyball at all levels and in all geographical areas; to improve support services necessary for the quality and conduct of programs to ensure recognition as the authority and expert for volleyball; and to have influential positions on all international boards and commissions, among others.
USVBA is constantly working towards providing equal opportunity for every US resident, as well as expanding prospects for under-represented groups to participate in the sport.
